Share your pricing with the brands you choose, and skip the request step. A sponsorship package holds one or more offers, each with your monthly payout, duration, and deliverables, that a brand can accept without sending you a request first. Send a package to a brand you are already talking to, or post one link that shows your packages to any brand. Only admins can create packages, and packages are available on every plan.
Create a package
Open the group tab, select Sponsorships, and under Sponsorship packages select Create new package.

Enter a Package name that tells your packages apart, such as the tier it covers or the brand it is for.
Review the Offers. A new package starts with three suggested offers, Digital, Social promotion, and Dedicated event, priced from your sponsor profile (see below). Uncheck any you do not want to include. Select the pencil icon to change an offer's name, Monthly payout, Start date, Duration, or Deliverables, or select Create new offer to add your own. A package holds up to 10 offers. What goes into an offer, and what each deliverable means, is in Sponsorship offers and deliverables.

Select Create package. Heylo saves the package, copies its link, and confirms with "Package created and link copied".
The package now appears under Sponsorship packages with its offer count. Its link is on your clipboard, ready to paste into an email, a message to a brand, or your Instagram bio. Select the copy icon on the row any time you need the link again.
Suggested pricing
Heylo suggests a payout for each offer from three numbers on your sponsor profile: active members, average weekly attendance, and Instagram followers. The suggestion is a starting point, not a judgment of your group. If your group is new to Heylo, those numbers may understate it, so set the payout you think your group is worth. Each offer's monthly payout can be anything from $1 to $10,000.
Build a package for one brand
To make a package for a brand you are already talking to, open Brand details in the package editor and add the brand's logo and name. The package page then shows your group's logo beside the brand's and is titled with both names, so the brand sees a page made for it. When the brand creates its Heylo for Brands account from your link, the logo you added fills in its profile.

Changing the brand details on a package you already shared saves a new package, and the button reads Save as new package. The original keeps working as it is for whoever has its link.
Your payout and the brand's price
Each offer's Monthly payout is what your group receives every month the sponsorship runs. The brand pays Heylo's platform fee in addition to that amount. Each offer card on your package page shows the brand's monthly price with the amount that goes to your group under it, so both sides see the same numbers. The fee covers what Heylo does to make the sponsorship work. That is the contract, invoicing and payment, the brand's placements on your group page, event pages, and member emails, and a real-time dashboard for your group and the brand. See Sponsorship payouts for when each month's payout arrives.
Brand opens your package
A brand that opens your link sees your group's logo, name, location, description, and the three metrics from your sponsor profile. Below them are your offers as cards, in the order they appear in your package. Each card shows the brand's price, your group's payout, when the sponsorship starts, the duration, and the deliverables. The brand picks an offer and selects Review offer. It then creates a Heylo for Brands account or signs in, and accepts the offer or proposes a revised one. Anyone with the link can open it without signing in, and the page is never listed by search engines.

Heylo notifies you when the brand accepts or proposes a revised offer. If the brand already has an open request with your group, the package's offers replace the ones you sent it.
Brand accepts an offer
When a brand accepts an offer from your package, you receive an Offer accepted notification. The sponsorship appears under Pending on the Sponsorships screen. Open it, select Accept, read the Sponsorship agreement, and select Accept again to confirm. You can also Decline it, or Counter with different terms. You have 7 days to accept before the offer expires.
Once you accept, the sponsorship moves to Active or Scheduled with its start date. From there your group completes the deliverables and receives each month's payout: see Run your sponsorship. A brand that proposes a revised offer instead of accepting shows up the same way, as a pending offer: see Review a sponsor request or offer.
Manage your packages
Each row under Sponsorship packages shows the package name and its offer count. Select the copy icon to copy its link. Select the row, or its menu icon, to open the package menu:
- Edit opens the package editor to change its name, offers, or brand details.
- Duplicate starts a new package from the same offers and brand details, so you can build a second tier without starting over.
- Turn off package stops new brands from opening the link. The row reads Off, and a brand that opens the link sees "This offer is no longer available" with a button to your sponsor page. Select Turn package back on to restore it at the same link.
- Delete retires the link for good after you confirm with Delete package.
Turning off or deleting a package does not touch sponsorships already accepted through it. They keep going.
Sending offers in reply to a sponsor request also saves them as a package named Sponsorship offers. The offers you last sent a brand are then ready to share with the next one.
Link a bank account
Sponsorship payouts go to the bank account linked to your group, the same account that receives member payments. Link one before you share a package, so the first payout has somewhere to go. See Payouts and bank accounts.
