With Heylo’s Shopify integration, member emails are automatically synced with your Shopify store. If a contact already exists, it’s updated—no duplicates. Members can be auto-tagged based on paid membership in Heylo as well if you'd like, making it easy to verify eligibility for store discounts and benefits.
If a member cancels, their tag is removed to reflect their updated status, but their contact information remains in Shopify for your records.
