Join us for a wellness-filled morning on March 14th at 10am featuring a full-body strength + sculpt class, calming breath work, and a guided facial lymphatic drainage massage. The ultimate self-care reset, followed by coffee and time to meet new friends!
The workout will be a 30 minute full body workout on a mat led by Revive Movement PT, a 4 minute guided breathing post workout to calm down the nervous system + a brief education on how breathing improves gut health and digestion led by Sadie Hitsky Nutrition, and a self led lymphatic drainage practice led by Norma Skin Studio.
