This is the second New York Flyers Three Bridges run. Fantastic long training run for the NYC Marathon or any fall race. The run parallels the NYC Marathon course for much of the way and reaches the Queensboro Bridge at the same mileage as the NYC Marathon.
Cost is free for members! $25 for non-members. Or join the Flyers and attend for free!

The full distance is 20 miles, but it can be shortened to 15 miles (Queens end of the Queensboro Bridge), 16 miles (Manhattan end of the Queensboro Bridge) or at any of subway stops along the way.
Runners and Pacers: plan to arrive between 7-7:30a to check in. We will move to Maine Monument to split into pace groups by 7:45a. Running starts at 8a!!
Pace groups: There will be at least one pacer for each group starting at 8:00-8:30mm through 13:00 mm (run/walk) at 30 second intervals.

There are three fluid stations along the route: (1) at Hudson River Greenway and Chambers St, around mile 7.1; (2) around mile 11.1 at Kent Av and Clymer St. in Brooklyn; and (3) near mile 15 in Queens at John Murray Park at 11th Street and 44th Road.
Each fluid station will have water, Gatorade, and GU Gels.
There are some public water fountains and bathrooms along part of the route.
