ABOUT THE EVENT:
From the co-Founders Scott Houston & Maya Lemberg: "Sol Dance is a free-form movement experience where all bodies are welcomed. We offer a gently guided sensory journey meant to be experienced in its entirety, combining a culturally diverse blend of electronic and acoustic sounds skillfully attuned to the group’s energy."
Mira & Alex would add: "They always offer a warm up / mindful movement segment at the beginning, a drum circle at the mid point and a closing sound experience at the end. The crowd feels welcoming and present. You will be in the company of conscious beings who are there for embodiment and growth."
