Bike to Work: Bloomfield to Hartford

Going

Bike Mafia of the Greater Hartford Area…looking to absorb territories and carbs…transforming central CT into bike country one neighborhood at a time.

86Go and RAR- New Haven are our role models

For old folk, young folk, furry folk in baskets or carriers, anyone on a bicycle looking to take over the streets of West Hartford and Hartford and beyond.

Starting with an easy 10 mile 10 mph group and a faster 15 mile 15 mph group one day a week.

Eventual serious spandex rides A, B, C group style and gravel to be incorporated

Occasional flashy night - time West Hartford crit mass

All rides un-sanctioned and un-insured.

Mission: to increase cyclists in the area and get more people into cycling comfortably on the streets

Also, I want some serious regular weekday training rides ^_^

Need help with: routes, leaders, planning ?
