About
🌿 Sunday Reset: Slow & Steady 🌿 📍 Rockefeller State Park Preserve 🥾 Easy | 3.4 miles
Join us for a gentle Sunday Reset surrounded by wide carriage roads, winter trees, and open skies. This hike is about slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with yourself and community—no rush, just rhythm.
🕘 Meet-up: 9:30 AM Check-In (welcome circle ) 🥾 Hike Start: 10:00 AM
✨ What to expect: • Easy-paced, mindful walking • Space to reset mentally and emotionally • Community connection in nature • A calm, grounded way to ease into the week
🧥 January Safety Recommendations: • Dress in layers (base layer, insulating layer, wind/waterproof outer layer) • Wear waterproof hiking boots with good traction • Bring water (insulated bottle recommended to prevent freezing) • Traction devices such as micro-spikes encouraged for icy/snow trails • Hat, gloves, and insulated socks recommended • Move mindfully—paths may be icy or muddy in spots

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter. 🌲✨
