This is a friendly social group for people in the 35 to 59 age group who are interested in dining out as well as having a great time socialising and making new friends. We meet regularly for dinner at various cafes, restaurants and hotels within the Southern Adelaide region rather than having to venture into the city. We sometimes take part in other events such as going to the cinema, ten pin bowling and day trips such as Steamranger, Monarto Safari Park, Coorong or Murray River Cruises. If you're looking to meet new people, make new friends and enjoy great food at a variety of eateries within the southern Adelaide region come along and join us. We'll look forward to meeting you. No Shows If you RSVP 'Going' to an event please ensure you do attend. If you can no longer attend, please change your RSVP to ‘Not Going’ at least 24 hours prior to the event since bookings have been made and it is not acceptable for a venue to have numbers lower than what we booked for. Not showing up to an event or changing your RSVP to ‘Not Going’ with less than 24 hours notice without a valid reason is recorded as a NO SHOW. Two No Shows and you will be removed from the group. Active Membership This group is about getting people offline, creating connections in real life and meeting genuine people face to face. Regular attendance at events is encouraged to build a welcoming, cohesive, friendly and social group. Attendance at your first event is required within six months of joining. Organisers can view activity and if you haven’t attended any events for more than six months you will be removed from the group.
Member requirements
Do you agree with the No Show Policy? A no show is if you either cancel less than 24 hours prior to an event without a valid reason or just not turning up without a valid reason. Two ‘no shows’ and you will be removed from the group. Do you agree with attending your 1st event within six months of joining? This is a social group for meeting people face to face. If you haven't attended any events for more than six months will be removed from the group. You must have a photo of yourself or else you won't be approved.
