All event attendees are asked to pay their share of the total cost (including the room charge, tax, tip, and incidentals) for each event they attend to the host in cash. Each person wishing to attend an event must first be on that event's RSVP list. Please ensure that your attendance plans are accurately reflected on each event page. While attendees need not stick precisely to the letter of each individual event theme, we ask that all songs sung be in Japanese and/or by Japanese artists. The tablet or remote should be passed clockwise as quickly as possible, allowing each person one turn only per cycle. NYJK advises that photographs or video captured at events may be posted online. Additionally, third-party audio, video, and images are utilized under fair use (Copyright Act Section 107). NYJK's organizers respectfully reserve the right to remove from the group any member who creates disruption at events, displays any inappropriate behavior, or who is a no-call, no-show. Further, should any attendee be responsible for loss or destruction of property, the onus of replacement and/or remuneration shall fall to that attendee and not NYJK's staff.
