We host a variety of coach and member led workouts:
- Coached track workouts on Tuesday nights
- Coached pool swims on Friday nights and Sunday mornings
- Open water swim on Sunday mornings (starting in March)
- Group bike rides on Saturdays
We also offer a variety of social events throughout the year.
We're a fun and friendly group and would love to meet you!
