We are the Vancouver Widowed Social Group (Wids), a friendly, welcoming group of widowed folks (widows and widowers) living in the Greater Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada) area. After our loss of a loved one, we are now socializing with like minded friends. We have many awesome and fun events - dinners, dances, plays, concerts, parties, games, wine and cheese, etc. If you are past the heavy grief phase from the loss of your dear partner, you should give us a try to meet caring friends who have been through a similar loss. We'd love you to join our group.

We accept only widowed members in the group, but typically you can bring a non-widowed friend to our events.
