About
Not just a run. For a long time, finding a solid run crew meant commuting all the way downtown. We got tired of making that trip. Ritual Athletics Club was built to bring the community together right here in Uptown Toronto—taking over the streets from Davisville up to Wilson. We’re more than just logging miles on a screen. RTL is about the routine, the weekly reset, and the people you share the pavement with. Whether we’re hitting a 6K sunset push down the Beltline, swapping the miles for a weekend cycle, or sweating through an outdoor HIIT session, the goal is always the same: show up, put in the work, and actually connect. Expect good miles, heavy playlists, and ending the night at our favorite local Midtown spots for food, drinks, and hanging out. No egos. Just a solid crew. Your pace, our people. Welcome to the Ritual. Follow the movement on IG: @withritual.cc | A GabeLotto project

The Ritual: House Rules 1. Commit on Heylo If you’re coming, RSVP. It’s how we keep the crew organized, plan the routes, and make sure we have enough space at the bar afterward. When you arrive, just hit check-in on the app. 2. Show Up Ready We don’t wait for perfect weather; we run through it. Dress for the elements, lace up something reliable, and be ready to move. We’ll have a bag drop sorted at our post-run venue so you don't have to run heavy. 3. The 8K Baseline Your pace, our people. We run as a crew and nobody gets left behind. But to fully enjoy the route and keep the group flowing, you should be comfortable moving on your feet for at least 8 to 10 kilometers. 4. The Aftermath The miles are only half the ritual. We always cap things off at a local Midtown spot to grab drinks, eat, and actually connect. Bring your card or Apple Pay to cover your tab. 5. Protect the Vibe RTL is about building a real, grounded community in Uptown. Bring good energy, push the person running next to you, and leave the ego at home. If you’re new, introduce yourself. If you’ve been here, welcome the rookies. See you on the pavement.
