We love building our fitness outside with good folks! We have Strength & Stamina workouts in central Seattle parks (Capitol Hill, Madrona, Arboretum) that are great conditioning for outdoor recreation and general fitness. The Unstill Life Half-Fast Walk & Run Club explores off-the-beaten-path routes in neighborhoods all around the city.
Come drop in to sample a free workout or two and meet us. If you'd like to make it a regular thing, we have single drop-in, punchcards and monthly unlimited payment options. And always open to discuss other plans for anyone feeling limited financially.
