We run structured, social long runs every Sunday (10 AM, Muse Polyhymnia / Schillerpark, Berlin‑Wedding) that focus on consistency, progress and community. Expect routes through parks and nature, paced group runs (5:30–6:00/km), coach-led guidance, and the kind of energy that makes long runs feel fun again. 🖤 Our community is open to everyone who’s ready to show up, push a little harder, and connect with like-minded people.
