NEW START TIME
This run will be lead by qualified run leaders (LirF) and is suitable for beginners 💕
If you want to join the running joy please confirm your attendance.
Time: 18:50 for a 19:00 start.
Meeting point: Pret a Manger, International Quarter, Endeavour Square, London E20 1GL
Distance: maximum 3 miles (we will modify dependant upon the runners)
Other: No bag drop, please travel light.
Restrictions: If you cannot attend for any other reason please do cancel your space at least 24 hours in advance to allow others to book.
Public Transport: Nearest tube station is Stratford. Please check TFL for travel disruptions etc and local bus routes.
Photography: photos and videos will be taken and used for social media and advertising purposes.
Black Girls Do Run UK is a running community, created to encourage more black women (adults 18+) to run as statistics show that women from black and ethnic minorities are less likely to lead active lifestyles.
