✨About Our Monday Language Exchange Group✨
Hi everyone! 😊
We’re the Perth Japanese Language & Culture Club, and we meet every Monday evening in Perth City for a fun and friendly English–Japanese language exchange! 🇯🇵🤝🇦🇺
🇦🇺 As this Monday is the WA Day 🇦🇺 public holiday, please remember that public transport will run on a public holiday timetable. Please allow extra travel time and double check your route before attending the event 😊
There will also be a small discounted public holiday surcharge at the café. Thank you for your understanding and support ☕✨

Our group is for:
🌟 Japanese speakers who want to practise conversational English
🌟 English speakers who are learning Japanese
The first 20 minutes are for check-in and free chatting.
After that, a randomised seating list will be shared in the group chat to decide your table.
Depending on the group size, we use different tables: Red, Yellow, Blue, Purple, and Green. Each table includes both Japanese and English speakers, so everyone can talk with a variety of people.
🗣️ The first 10 minutes are in English
🗣️ The next 10 minutes are in Japanese — simple and balanced!
☕ Don’t forget to get your name badge, as this allows you to receive 10% off at the café!
When ordering, please tell the café staff your name (not your table number) to avoid confusion.
It’s a great way to practise both languages, make friends, and share cultures in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. 🌸

私たちはパース日本語・文化クラブです。毎週月曜日の夜にパース市内で、日本語と英語のランゲージエクスチェンジを開催しています！🇯🇵🤝🇦🇺
このグループは、以下の方におすすめです：
🌟 英語で会話の練習をしたい日本語話者の方
🌟 日本語を学んでいる英語話者の方
最初の20分は受付とフリートークの時間です。
その後、グループチャットでランダムに作成された席順が共有され、テーブルが決まります。
参加人数に応じて、赤・黄色・青・紫・緑のテーブルに分かれます。各テーブルには日本語話者と英語話者がバランスよく配置され、さまざまな人と会話できるようになっています。
🗣️ 最初の10分は英語
🗣️ 次の10分は日本語で会話します（シンプルでバランスよく進めます）
☕ ネームバッジを受け取るのをお忘れなく（カフェで10％割引が受けられます）。
ご注文の際は、テーブル番号ではなくお名前をスタッフにお伝えください（混乱を防ぐため）。
