Join the ERC Ladies every Monday evening as we come together to walk, connect and build community in Lewisham.
Whether you’re looking to get more active, meet new people, improve your confidence walking outdoors, or simply spend time with an incredible group of women, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
Our sessions are centred around a relaxed, social walk because we believe movement is about so much more than exercise.

We’ll explore the streets and green spaces of Lewisham, discovering new routes, supporting one another and creating spaces where women can connect, move and take up space together.

📍 Meeting Point: The Alex Yee Arena
⏰ Meet: 7pm
🚶🏾♀️ Walk starts: 7:15pm
Our walks are approximately 5–6km at a relaxed, social pace.
On the last Monday of each month, we’ll often finish with an optional drink or bite to eat at a local café or restaurant.
New joiners are always welcome
No walking experience is necessary.
Whether you’re a regular walker, looking to get outdoors more, or simply searching for a welcoming community, we’d love to meet you.
No one gets left behind.
