An easy paced trail run for all abilities.
Typically paced around 6:30 - 7:00min/km although pace will be dictated by the group.
Route will be the purple trail, first 400m segment will be a walk to the top and serve as a warm up.
This is a great route that I’m sure most people are familiar with, varied terrain, ascents and descents, hard packed ground and soft woodland.
Run will be bi-weekly and when the evenings become lighter, will move into some weekday trails for golden hour😍
Strongly recommend trail shoes as a minimum and waterproofs/change of clothes as per the weather.
