Let's start the new week together energized and vital! π₯ππ½ππΌ
WE LOVE Mondays! For the kick-off of the new week, we start together at 06:30 in front of MALU Sportsclub with a warm-up π Well warmed up, we then start the 5km distance around the Ring in different GRUppen:
- Faster GRUppe: 4:30-5:00 pace.
- Medium GRUppe: 5:30-6:00 pace
- Fast GRUppe: 6:00-7:00 pace
No need to worry: we always adjust the pace to the level and condition of the GRUppe. Everyone will get their money's worth and no one will be left behind π₯° Back at the starting point, there will still be a finisher (a variation of HIIT, dead weight and stability exercises)
