8k lakes loop, starting at the CountryFit field - meet at 7:00pm, ready to run @ 7:05pm.
Dogs very welcome, trail trainers highly recommended.
There will be a weekly Tuesday meet. Distances between 5-10k. If you have somewhere you'd like us to explore, please pop me a message.
Bonus if a pub nearby for a refreshment after!
