3Run4 Summer Sessions are your standing invitation to get outside, move your body, and spend your Thursday with good people. Join us for an easy, social 2- or 3-mile run through downtown St. Louis, then stick around at 4 Hands Brewing Co. as we kick off the weekend with a free beer, great conversation, and our weekly raffle featuring prizes from local St. Louis businesses.
No pressure to be fast. No expectations to be anything other than someone who showed up.
What to Expect

How the Night Works
• Arrive a few minutes early to check in and meet the crew.
• We head out promptly at 6:30 p.m.
• After the run, we’ll gather back at 4 Hands for your free beer, our weekly raffle, and plenty of time to hang out before heading home.
