Welcome to our BeatCycling Class!
In this Cycling Class we will focus on music and beats ๐ด๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ด๐ผโโ๏ธ.
Following the BPM of each song selected, we will hit the pedals to the same rhythm ๐ผ.
We will switch between power phases and relaxing phases ๐๐, known as mountains ๐๏ธ๐ต and valleys ๐.
BeatCycling is a cardiotraining which focuses on strengthening your endurance and training your entire body ๐บ๐ป.
We are happy to welcome EVERYBODY to this class. It is not necessary to be an expert in cardio since this training can be adjusted for every niveau โโ.
Two short definitions:
-RPM (Rounds Per Minute): This is the frequency of your feet hitting the pedals. Following the BPM, we will hit the beat on every move ๐ถ.
-Level: Including every niveau means adjusting the exercise to everyones personal fitness level. With the LEVEL (on the bike) you can adjust how hard you want to make it for yourself. The higher the level, the harder the training โ

๐ฟAfter your workout, you'll have the convenience of on-site shower facilities

Registration and deregistration: 1 week to 12h before
โ It can always happen that you spontaneously have no time. But since the number of places per course is limited and the demand is very high, spontaneous cancellations or no-shows mean that other early birds from the waiting list cannot come to the training. For this reason there is a fairness policy that you have to cancel at least 12h before the start of the session.
It is strictly forbidden to use the general training area of Malu after the session (not included in the price).
