3Run4 Summer Sessions turn your weeknight into something you actually look forward to—an easy, social 2- or 3-mile run through downtown followed by weekend kickoff at 4 Hands Brewing Co., and a FREE raffle featuring prizes from local St. Louis businesses.
It’s movement, connection, and community all wrapped into one standing plan.
No pressure to be fast. No expectations to be anything other than someone who showed up.
What to Expect:
🍺 One free post-run beer at 4 Hands Brewing Co.
🎟 Free post-run raffle every week
👟 A 2- or 3-mile route built for all paces (run, jog, walk)
🌆 Golden hour miles that roll straight into summer nights

How It Flows:
Pull up a little early. Meet the crew.
We head out right at 6:30 p.m. for a relaxed downtown loop.
We finish together back at 4 Hands—drinks up, conversations flowing, raffle.
The 3Run4 Code (Our Not-So-Serious Rules):
🧜 No Dead Mermaids — Run smart, stay aware, and take care of yourself out there.
🤝 No One Runs Alone — This is a social run. We stick together, meet new people, and make sure everyone’s got a crew.
👕 Shirts On — Keep it respectful. We’re guests in the community and at the brewery.
🚫 Don’t Be a Creep — This isn’t Tinder. Be kind, be normal, and don’t make it weird.
