Let's start the new week together energized and vital - and for a good cause together with @diebusenfreundin! 🏃‍♀️🩷 you can not only run with us, but also win the new cap from @diebusenfreundin in our little challenges! 🧢
💗 We are dedicating this run to Brustkrebshilfe Wien and are collecting donations during the run.
For the kick-off of the new week, we start together at 06:30 in front of MALU Sportsclub with a warm-up 🙃 Well warmed up, we then start the 5km distance around the Ring in different GRUppen:
Faster GRUppe: 4:30-5:00 pace.
Medium GRUppe: 5:30-6:00 pace
Fast GRUppe: 6:00-7:00 pace No need to worry: we always adjust the pace to the level and condition of the GRUppe. Everyone will get their money's worth and no one will be left behind 🥰 Back at the starting point, there will still be a finisher (a variation of HIIT, dead weight and stability exercises)
