Let’s kick off our Tuesdays the right way! 🌅
We’ll meet at 6:30 am in the Volksgarten, right between the pond and the ice hockey stadium. After a short warm-up together, we’ll head off for a relaxed 7–8 km run as a group.
🏃♀️ Pace
We usually run between 5:30–6:00 min/km. We always stick together and never leave anyone behind, but please make sure this pace feels comfortable for you so everyone can enjoy the run.
🚗 Parking
You can park for free for 90 minutes at the ice hockey stadium.
