Run Talk Run Stratford upon Avon is a weekly 4-5km running group. Our aim is to create a friendly, welcoming space for us to talk about what we've been up to and how we're feeling, while getting a bit of gentle exercise.
All abilities welcome. We run, we jog, we walk a bit – no one is left behind!
We meet every Tuesday from 6.15pm at Lifeways Therapy Centre, 30 Albany Road, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 6PG

When you arrive, please come through the side gate (on the left as you’re facing the building), and into the back garden. Follow the path straight ahead and you will see the lovely garden gazebo on your right hand side – this is our meeting place.Arrive any time from 6.15pm.
Pre run briefing is at 6.25pm.
Run starts at 6.30pm.
Toilets and bag drop available.
