What:
Track Tuesdays is a weekly running session open to all fitness levels, focused on improving speed, endurance, and community connection.
When & Where:
Every Tuesday at 5:30 AM, rain or shine, at Domain Athletics Track (meet outside the main gate).
All sessions are led by a KORC Run Leader and sessions are designed by Eloise Nairn-Smith (Ritual Runners)
Varied, progressive workouts
Supportive, community vibe
20–30 mins of track intervals
Followed by coffee at Abercrombie in North Hobart
What to Bring:
Running gear, water bottle, warm jumper, head torch (April–October), and ideally a running buddy.
Free KORC Community membership required
Bonus: All sessions are insured and led by KORC Run Leaders.
