Our beloved stair training takes place every Wednesday in the MQ 🥳🙌🏻 After a common warm-up, a variable introduction follows (catching games, running technique training, partner workout, etc.), before it goes on the stairs. After three sprints, we focus on various coordination and strengthening exercises on the stairs 💃🏼🕺🏻
Finally, a finisher will take place, which will make us sweat again properly 💦
