Run Talk Run exists to make both mental health support and running more accessible and less intimidating. A friendly free and supportive group, Run Talk Run is a safe and open space to talk about you are doings: the good times, the not so good times and everything between. We run or jog 5km while we chat.
If you are thinking about coming along for the first time but are worried about the running, or the conversations, please don’t be. Our run really is gentle, if we walk for a bit or all then that’s fine. As much as conversations about mental health are encouraged and expected, there is really no pressure if you don’t want to (we get it, talking about our mental health can be super scary!) if you do want to come along and just listen to the other runners, you will be welcome all the same.
