Fitness can start with the smallest physical exercise. So, for The Postpartum Mommy Lounge, we want our members to dedicate to this challenge to attend at least 2 walks a quarter.
Let’s continue to move our bodies and show up for ourselves. You do not have to be a mom to attend our monthly walks AND they are free. If you have a stroller and smaller kids this trail is safe and great scenery 😊.
