Track Tuesdays Summary (Powered by Ritual Runners)
What: Track Tuesdays is a weekly running session open to all fitness levels, focused on improving speed, endurance, and community connection.
When & Where: Every Tuesday at 5:30 AM, rain or shine, at Domain Athletics Track (meet outside the main gate).
What to Expect:
All sessions are led by a KORC Run Leader and sessions are designed by Eloise Nairn-Smith (Ritual Runners)
Varied, progressive workouts
Supportive, community vibe
Session format:
10-min warm-up jog
5-min stretch & briefing
20–30 mins of track intervals
5–10 min cool-down jog
Optional post-run coffee at Wide Awake, North Hobart
What to Bring: Running gear, water bottle, warm jumper, head torch (April–October), and ideally a running buddy.
