Nothing beats a track session under the lights! Join coach-led track workouts with the Phoenix Elite and the PRC Race Team! We are currently focusing for the Carlsbad 5000 and some shorter spring races, but I will continue to provide options for those who have longer races this spring.
All levels welcome! No experience necessary.
Free for the Race Team Members or $10 for drop ins.
Drills start at 6:45. Since everyone warms up for different length, time your jog appropriately. 10 minutes of light jogging before drills is recommended for those who are new.
Workout briefing will follow.
