A weekly run on mix of dirt and paved roads, some rolling hills and flat terrain. A ~4.5 and a beginner 1 mile walk/run option.
Everyone can feel free to add miles if they would like (or tag on some strides). All levels welcome. Focus will be on no drops. Everyone is welcome.
Bring some (non alcoholic) beverages for after if youd like to socialize.
Bathrooms available at start/finish.
Plan to arrive after 5:45, start at 6. PARKING: library parking is a little limited, park next to the rink (to the left as you enter)
