Run Talk Run exists to make both running and mental health support more accessible. Its a safe and open space for a friendly chat while we run or jog 5km - so whether that’s what you’re planning for dinner or share that you’re feeling low or anxious it’s all good. It’s a social run so we don't care about pace & nobody is left behind... whether your a seasoned ultra marathon runner or coming along for your first run in a while, all are welcomed and encouraged. The North Berwick route isn’t flat so if we find ourselves walking back up the hill to the sports centre, that will give everyone time for an extra bit of chat.
