Kick off your Friday with MAC’s Friday Morning Miles — a fun, energizing way to start the day! Some Fridays include tempo runs for race training (plans shared weekly), or you can run at your own pace with groups divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
After the run, enjoy coffee at Hood and some relaxed chit-chat to connect with fellow runners before heading to work and starting your weekend right.
