This gathering is for anyone who is feeling the call to go deeper into their healing with tangible therapeutic tools and guidance you can take into everyday life. This is an excellent addition to your sacrament integration practices.
ABOUT THE ZOOM EVENT:
A blend of experiential practice (somatic, psycho-spiritual), education, group process, and discussion inside a community container.
This is deeper work for those ready to more fully step into themselves. Together, we will explore the territory between insecurity and self-trust, judgment and compassion, constriction and aliveness, disconnection and intimacy.
Held monthly by Maya Lemberg and a team of qualified psychotherapists.

Understanding that we thrive when we are receiving the support, guidance and nourishment that we need, I am dedicated to holding a safe, loving, non-judgmental space for people who choose to receive it.
