Join us for a EH3 trot round the trails and hills! We run every week with the location updated the Sunday before the run.
There is usually plenty lifts from town on offer, if you need one or can offer one pop a message in the chat.
Everyone will be welcomed and encouraged to run at a pace that is comfortable for them: we'll re-group regularly and all stay together. We'll be out for around 1 hour 15-30 mins with around 200-300m of elevation, 6-8km (ish!)
We will running on the trails and up the hills where the weather changes quickly and we are (at times) a fair way from a main road so please (if you have them) bring/wear...
