We will be holding our monthly in-person Skeptics in the Pub event on the second Tuesday of every month, at our "new" usual venue shown above.
We are an informal group of scientific skeptics who promote critical thinking, reason, and empirical evidence, advocating for the scientific method to evaluate claims while opposing pseudoscience, superstition, and anecdotal evidence.
We will get together for a social event to say hello to people we may have only met on-line, to reconnect with some long-time acquaintances, and to meet new people who may be interested in skepticism. We will not be having a presentation or a speaker, just a chance to sit down and have a meal and/or a beverage and a conversation with a pleasant group of fellow skeptics.
(Monthly on-line Zoom meetings will continue as usual, on the third Friday of every month).
When you arrive, just ask where the "Skeptics" are. If you plan on joining us, please register so we can estimate the number of attendees.
