Bringing free fitness and plenty of sweaty high-fives to the heart of Central Park! Everyone is welcome —from seasoned athletes to newbies—regardless of age, fitness level, background or identity. Our workouts take place rain or shine (#weatherproof!), are always modifiable, and usually come with a side of shenanigans :)
