It's time to say hello to your new friends, practise your new language skills, and enjoy happy hours. There is no age, background, or level limit!
How the event works:
This is a casual and friendly language exchange event. Just grab a drink and start chatting!
There is no need to be there right on time, and there is no pressure to stay for three hours—just come and go whenever it suits you.
If you have a language you want to practise but don’t know who speaks it, just ask the host — I’m happy to introduce someone whose native language is what you're looking for.
If you know someone who can speak your target language, say hello! Don’t be shy — we’re all here to learn and help each other.
We welcome everyone who wants to practise speaking a language, no matter how old you are, what language you are learning, or your level.
But we don't welcome those who use this meetup as a "dating hunting ground". Remember, it is not a dating event!
This event will be held at: Saracens Head Hotel.
I’ve booked the fireplace area — it’s warm and cosy. If you can’t find us, just ask the staff.
The event is free, but I highly recommend you order something:
The owner gives our group a special discount: $7 beers, $6 house wine, $10 spritzes, and $15 Negronis.
