We will be holding our monthly online Skeptics in the Pub - Toronto event on the third Friday of every month, using Zoom video conferencing. and ask for access to the Skeptics in the Pub - Toronto - Online Event, and the link to the Zoom video conference will be emailed back to you.We are an informal group of scientific skeptics who promote critical thinking, reason, and empirical evidence, advocating for the scientific method to evaluate claims while opposing pseudoscience, superstition, and anecdotal evidence. This month, John Burdett will be doing a mini-presentation on skeptical and science items he has run across since our last meeting, and this month will also include discussions of "The Land of Chem" and the upcoming "Global Skeptics in the Pub" event that will take place in October.
We will also be having a free and open discussion with a friendly group of skeptically minded people and will also be checking in, just to see how everyone is doing.
(Monthly in-person meetings will continue as usual, on the second Tuesday of every month).
