This is our group strength training class designed to help you actually learn and refine the technique behind the movements-not just go through the motions.
🏋️♀️ Whether you’re new to lifting or you’ve been training for a while but want to clean up your squat, deadlift, press, or Oly lifts, or anything in between-this class is for you.
It’s every Wednesday from 10 to 11am, and it’s open to all.
We’ll break down lifts, give you individual coaching in a group setting, and help you train smarter, safer, and stronger.
