Thursday Nights With The Girls

Going

We’re a run club for the girls who thought running wasn’t for them — curvy, beginner, slow runners & walkers. We host low-pressure meetups, weekly runs, pop-ups, and community events where every pace is welcome. Our vibe is supportive, celebratory, and full of good energy; we cheer for finishes big and small and create a space where women can feel seen and steady. 🩷🧡

Sweaty & Steady is a women led running community for the girls who were told running “wasn’t for them.”
Plot twist: it is.

This space is for plus size runners, curvy girls, beginners, back-of-the-pack baddies, and women running at THEIR pace, not anyone else’s. All bodies are welcome. All paces are respected. And confidence is built one sweaty mile at a time.

Movement is a privilege, not a punishment. We run for joy, discipline, confidence, and community. No gatekeeping. No body shaming. No pace policing.

Curvy culture lives here. 🧡
Run steady. Get sweaty. Take up space.
