Now the nights are dark enough it's time to return to Cramond Island for a run across the causeway and a scruff around the island.
Plan is to meet at the roundabout before the causeway, we'll do a warm up run along the trails beside it before heading over to explore the island in the dark.
Head torches a must, trail shoes advisable but not required. Dogs very welcome 🙏. Also option of the pub afterwards for those that fancy it 🙏☺️
