International Men’s Day: Move, Connect & Talk
Emancipated Run Crew x Peloton x Prostate Cancer UK
Join Emancipated Run Crew (ERC), Peloton and Prostate Cancer UK for a special International Men’s Day event celebrating men’s health, wellbeing and the power of community.
This evening brings men together through open conversation, movement and connection, creating space to talk about the issues that matter while challenging the stigma that can prevent men from seeking support.
We’ll begin with an informal panel discussion exploring men’s health and wellbeing, followed by time to connect, access educational resources and meet others in a welcoming environment.
Then it’s time to move! Whether you prefer a 5K run or a 3K walk, everyone is welcome. This is about participation, not pace, and enjoying the experience together.
