Every climb tells a story. Every step gives us something to be grateful for. π
Join The Nature Rx for a challenging morning on Bull Hill as we journey through the Hudson Highlands, embracing steep climbs, rocky trails, breathtaking views, and the beauty of the fall season.
November is a time for gratitude, reflection, and recognizing just how far weβve come.
This experience is about more than reaching the summit. Itβs about appreciating the journey, celebrating our strength, and finding gratitude in every step.
Weβll climb together, take breaks as needed, soak in the views, and make space for reflection and connection along the way.
