Welcome to Run Talk Run Cambridge! We are a free, friendly and supportive group meeting weekly for a gentle 5km jog. We start at Gillvray Health (where there is room to leave bags if you would like) just off Hills Road, and run a loop around the city - same route each week. Run Talk Run is a safe and inclusive space to come together - all paces, all headspaces. We are here to move together and chat if it helps - but never any pressure to share. Whether you are a seasoned distance runner, total beginner or coming back from a break, you are very welcome - we are not about speed and noone is ever left behind. We meet at 12:15 ready for a 12:30 start. We look forward to meeting you!
