WORKSHOP at 2PM:
Participants will be led through a 30min yoga warm-up, to open up and strengthen the body. Following the warm-up participants will be led through a series of prompts to get them acquainted with moving through and interacting with the space surrounding them as well as the building and retention of a short phrase of movement. Eventually, participants will be broken up into small collaborative groups, and instructed on creating a short piece of dance which will be heavily influenced by and in relationship with geometry founded in the space.
