HOMelessness Awareness Hike
Saturday, November 7, 2026
Terry Hershey Park • Houston, Texas
3-Mile Hike • 18+
WALK WITH PURPOSE.
Join Houston Black Hikers for a meaningful 3-mile hike focused on raising awareness around homelessness and creating space for connection and conversation within our community.
This experience is about more than getting outside. It’s about slowing down, connecting with others, reflecting, and recognizing that everyone deserves a place to call home.
Whether you come to walk, talk, take pictures, meet new people, relax, or simply enjoy the trail — there’s room for you here.
🌿 RAISE AWARENESS • BUILD CONNECTION • CREATE CONVERSATION
Come as you are.
Walk at your own pace.
Meet somebody new.
Enjoy the outdoors.
And leave with a little more connection than you came with.
