About
Join NGU for a 1–3 mile run (or more) in partnership with Black Men Run, where community, connection, and self-love lead the way. Whether you’re walking, jogging, or running—ALL levels are welcomed and no one gets left behind.
Bring yourself, a friend and positive energy! We got the rest! 🏃🏾♀️🏃💨
This isn’t just a run—it’s a reminder: you deserve to show up for YOU.
Donations are appreciated (never required) and go directly toward growing NGU, supporting our community, and creating more impactful events like this.
